Brief Introduction:
The iqualitrol PA30-S Ultrasonic Phased Array Tester is suitable for various metallic and non-metallic materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, and aluminum,
it enables rapid and accurate detection, localization, evaluation, and diagnosis of internal defects (cracks, inclusions, porosity, gas holes, etc.) in different processed components and structural forms, including plates, welds, castings, forgings, and pipes.
Main Features:
1, All-in-one, compact design compatible with bolt crack detection, bolt preload measurement, TOFD testing, and A-scan testing.
2, Visualized data on the inspection interface, supplemented by intelligent one-click waveform search, for faster inspection speeds.
3, Simple operation: the phased array transducer automatically calibrates; simply place the probe directly on the bolt end to obtain readings.
4, Displays inspection results from multiple viewing angles (A, C, L, 3D), making defect identification easier.
5, Utilizes a comparison algorithm based on the difference in sound velocity and standard models, ensuring more precise bolt preload results with accuracy as high as 1 ns.
6, The ultrasonic device is compact, portable, and energy-efficient. Its low-capacity power supply is portable and offers long battery life, making it ideal for on-site work at heights.
